Our parchment paper is coated with silicone, making it non-stick, grease-proof, and heat-resistant.  Parchment can be used in the oven and microwave.  It is heat resistant to 220 degrees C.

45cm x 50m, comes in a cutter box and is great for commercial kitchens and food areas.    Efficient and useful as a food wrap too.  An excellent catering buy at a very reasonable price.

Our Baking Parchment is sold to the professional catering trade, but you might like to know:

If you are using this product, shiny side up touches the food.  Parchment paper can be reused for multiple batches of cookies or bread as long as it’s clean. It’s done when it turns dark and brittle.

You can use baking parchment to separate meat into portion sizes before freezing. Place parchment paper between pieces of meat in a freezer bag or container, and the meat will stay separated when frozen.
